Jelena Vasiljević was born in Belgrade, 1978, where she graduated “Legal and Business School” as Legal Technician, but her fields of interest are activism, human rights, feminism and psychotherapy. She believes in the potential of every individual to change the world and believe in activism.

Jelena Vasiljević has joined ERA – LGBTI Equal Rights Association for Western Balkans and Turkey as its Capacity Development Manager. Jelena will develop and implement capacity building activities for member organisations and will work on ERA – LGBTI own capacity development.
As a Program Coordinator in Labris – Lesbian Human Rights Organization Jelena has gained 10 years of experience in program and project management, community organizing, advocacy, fundraising, and organizational development.

For over 15 years, Jelena has been dedicated to working on improvement of position of LGBTI community with special focus on addressing lesbian and feminist issues nationally, regionally and internationally.
