Barbara Vecchietti
After 18 years of career in multinational corporations, she leaves the business world to create “Food on the Road”, a successful and multi awarded start-up in the catering and restaurant industry. Over the years, she has developed a wide expertise in business management, human resources management, training, developing and motivating complex teams, quality certification, definition and development of diversity management policies. She worked in Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson.
Barbara is Co- Founder and Vice President of EDGE – Excellence and Diversity by GLBT Executives – the first Italian lobby of professionals, entrepreneurs and GLBT managers for the recognition of richness in diversity. She is also Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of the new born IGLBC – Italian GLBT Business Chamber.
Barbara lives and works in Rome with her wife Daniela and their beloved labrador.
