Maja Pan

Maja Pan is a interdisciplinary feminist philosopher, cultural theorist and non-formal educator on gender based violence. She has been involved in regional and transnational activism in various political intersections: the lesbian, the queer feminist, the animalist, the workers‘. Recently she published paper Towards trans-feminist coalitions in the post-Yugoslav space: Building feminist radical solidarities and co-authored the chapter Yearning for Space, Pleasure, and Knowledge: Autonomous Lesbian and Queer Feminist Organising in Ljubljana. Pan worked as an expert researcher at the international research project on Rainbow Families in the Context of School. She lives between Budapest and Maribor.
