Olena Hryhoryak – human rights defender, LGBTQI activist, queer feminist, coordinator of the regional representative office of NGO “Insite” in Chernivtsi city. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation, was engaged in opening and coordinating the work of the LGBTQI shelter in the Chernivtsi. Together with the Insight team and volunteers, created a safe and comfortable shelter for the LGBTQI community in Chernivtsi. Olena is a trainer on the topics of LGBTQI activism, intersectional feminism, issues of implementing gender equality and methods of inclusive education. A strong-willed person and a patriot of her country.
