Angelika Silberbauer

Born 1985 in Vienna. Studies Musicology (University of Vienna), Composition and Music Theory (University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna – mdw).
PhD student at the mdw. Study assistant mdw (2008-2011). Internship in the mdw archive (2011). Chair of the Working Group on Equality Issues (mdw, since 2011).
Co-worker in the FWF project “A Political History of the Opera in Vienna 1869-1955” (Project No. 25107). Lecturers (mdw, University of Vienna, since 2013).
Diversity manager in the equality, gender studies and diversity department (mdw, since 2015). Member of the Austrian Society for Gender Research (ÖGGF), the Biography and Gender Working Group, and the Independent Research Colloquium for Musicology Studies (Mariann Steegmann Foundation)
